Returns Policy

How to Return

- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

Exchanges
- Need a different size?
- Please return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.
- This ensures you get your replacement quickly and stock availability is guaranteed.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
- Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
