Returns Policy

  • Timeframe: You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
  • Exclusions:
    • Personalised or customised items (e.g., shirts with names/numbers)
    • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Sale items may be non-returnable (check product details)

How to Return

  1. Complete the Returns Form included with your order or download it from our website.
  2. Package your item securely and include the form.

  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size?
    • Please return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.
    • This ensures you get your replacement quickly and stock availability is guaranteed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
  • Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
